Strongly Consistent

Definition: An estimator for a parameter is strongly consistent if the estimator goes to the true value almost surely as the sample size n goes to infinity. This is a stronger condition than weak consistency; that is, all strongly consistent estimators are weakly consistent but the reverse is not true.
