Property Income

Definition: Property income is nominal revenues minus expenses for variable inputs including labor, purchased materials, and purchased services. Property income can serve as an approximation to the services rendered by capital.

It contains the returns to national wealth. It can be thought to include technology and organizational components as well as 'pure' returns to capital.
