Definition of The FTC Act:
The FTC Act is a 1914 U.S. law creating a regulatory body for antitrust, price
discrimination, and regulation. Section five says "Unfair methods of
competition in or affecting commerce, and unfair or deceptive acts or
practices in or affecting commerce, are hereby declared
unlawful."
