David Marasco
The Diamond AngleGuest Sports Economics Writer David Marasco recently departed from Chicago, his PhD. in physics in hand. He now resides in California, where he was raised. He is a lifelong baseball fan, a passion passed down from past generations. His grandfather organized play in WWII internment camps and later witnessed Willie Mayss catch in the 1954 World Series.
David has seen more than 500 games in over 30 major league stadiums. Hes seen the game played professionally in five different countries. He also discovered an error in Satchel Paiges 1948 statistics.
