The zip file dataquar.zip contains two files:

• The data in Microsoft Excel format (impexp.xls)
• A text file with the instructions (insimex.xls)

To download the file, right click on the link and choose "Save As". Then save it to a directory. You can unzip by clicking on it once it has been saved.
