Stephen Gordon of the blog "Worthwhile Canadian Initiative" discusses the recent announcement by David Dodge that he will not be seeking a second term of the Governor of the Bank of Canada (equivalent to the U.S. Chairman of the Federal Reserve) in Who will be the new Governor of the Bank of Canada?
My first, second, and third choices for the job would all be David Laidler, but at 68 years old, I cannot see the Bank considering him.
