Interest Rates Mixed in Treasury Bill Auction

Interest rates in the United States have been following the lead of the Federal Funds Rate and have been rising over the last few months. The Associated Press has reported that "the average yield for one-year constant maturity Treasury bills, a popular index for making changes in adjustable rate mortgages, rose to 2.77 percent last week from 2.71 percent the previous week."
